Job Description:  Addition of ingredients to batch tanks from recipe sheet * Use of high speed elelctric mixers, electronic scales, shut-off valves, compressed air lines, nozzles *  Weigh and Measure by weight (kg)  * Record ingredients on quality sheet 

Job qualifications:  Excellent attendance * High School diploma * Strong math skills and willingness to develop * Physical capability to lift and handle 50 lbs. * Food Manufacturing/Service experience preferred * familiarity with standard mechanical hand tools
