Compensation & Benefits: $45,000+ / Varies based on Marketing & Real Estate Experience 

Paid Time Off: 15 Days (Eligible after 3 Month Review)

Overview:
The Marketing Manager at David Bauer Team will lead the advertising and promotional efforts for our real estate and building projects. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, ensuring consistency across marketing channels, and driving lead generation through innovation marketing strategies.

  • Director of Operations /Director of Sales & Marketing 
  • Transaction Coordinator
  • DBT Agents 
  • DBT Clients

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance online presence, including managing social media accounts, websites, and third-party site profiles.
  • Design and manage online and print advertising campaigns, presentation materials, and marketing for special events. 
  • Monitor and report on marketing progress and effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed. 
  • Maintain client relations through email campaigns and events, and manage online reviews. 
  • Update and manage content for team websites and oversee marketing for model homes and developments. 
  • Handle marketing inventory, including business cards, brochures, team apparel, and gifts.
  • Coordinate with the team for event promotions and meetings. 


Person Specification: 

Essential Skills: 

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and trends, WordPress, and digital marketing tools. 
  •  Strong creativity, writing, communication, and project management skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of real estate/construction is advantageous. 


Preferred Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience with photography/videography. 
  • Team-oriented, hardworking, ambitious, with a strategic mindset. 
  • Skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Apps, Constant Contact. 



Notes

  • This position will work independent of others and therefore needs to be able to set a course of action and accomplish Marketing Goals on their own accord. 
  • This position will be a support staff to our team of Real Estate Agents and to our Building Team. 
  • We desire that this role be responsible for proactively engaging each team & their respective members and showing support through their work and communication.
