Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Asphalt Seal Coating Technician / General Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing seal coating on asphalt surfaces and engaging in various general labor tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seal Coating: Apply sealant to asphalt surfaces to protect and extend the life of the pavement.
• Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare surfaces for seal coating, including removing debris and repairing minor cracks.
• General Labor: Assist with a variety of tasks such as lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic tools and equipment.
• Equipment Operation: Use and maintain seal coating equipment, including sprayers, brushes, and other related tools.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in asphalt seal coating or general labor preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and precision in all tasks.
• Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transportation to job sites.
