Description: Description: Nu-Yale Cleaners is currently looking for a Route Driver Manager to grow the our home pick up and delivery routes by adding new sales and maintain existing customers. This position oversees our hotel/linen and store delivery drivers to ensure daily work is done too.
• Grow the Route business by obtaining new qualified customers and directing the Route team towards obtaining new qualified customers.
• Develop and lead the company by providing “World Class” customer service.
• Develop and lead the company to succeed by KEEPING existing customers using retention techniques approved by The Route Pro’s.
• Quickly resolving issues as they develop.

Skills: • Learn new sales and service ideas and hold drivers accountable to daily objectives
• Manage and lead a successful sales effort and route drivers.
• Excellent English communication skills are imperative.
• Energetic, results oriented with a career mindset.
• Maintain and properly keep up with manifests.
• Maintain a safe driving record and obey all driving laws.
• Able to be in front of people and speak.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and implement them with minimum supervision.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations processes in the morning of sorting and loading the van.
• Utilize manifest in all aspects in verifying accuracy of orders.
• Motivate, monitor, and train Drivers/Sales personnel.
• Back up drivers who are out and maintain driver attendance
• Hit Sales Goal daily/weekly/monthly.
• Make contact with customers who haven’t utilized the service.
• Accountable for Route Sales, Pick-up / Delivery, Customer service and issue resolution.
• Maintain professional integrity in all business matters.
• Monitor and set goals for Route growth.
• Collaborate in the development, revision, and implementation of policies and procedures, systems, programs and standards to promote delivery services.
• Work closely with Production /Ownership Management in order to achieve company and route objectives.
• Oversee all customer service route activities – sales related such as customers’ retention, contacting non-active customers, etc.
• All managerial responsibilities related to the Route Department such as Sales Reports, Sales Analysis, Customer Inactivity, etc.
• Weekly Meeting schedule with Owner & Route Dept staff to discuss weekly results, and review reports including Tracking, Sales Reports, etc.
• Communication with proper personnel to coordinate service, quality issues, and other retention related matters.
• Oversee all maintenance and cleanliness on vans.
• Maintain supplies and marketing materials

Benefits: Benefits: Full time benefits include group health Insurance, 401k, paid vacations, and holidays, dry cleaning employee discount. This position is located at our main plant in Jeffersonville, IN. Pay is hourly and then hour plus commission after 90 days of training.
