Job Description: Outside Sales Rep developing B2B Sales, earning between$85,000 - $100,000. Are you a dynamic sales person? Are you self-motivated? Do you want to earn a great living and work with an outstanding company? If so, we want to talk with you. In this role, you'll develop B2B sales within a designated local territory, manage client relationships, and earn great money.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential business clients within the assigned local territory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to present our shredding services and demonstrate their value.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored shredding solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate and close agreements to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of the sales process with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of secure document destruction services is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the designated territory.
- College Degree Preferred.
