Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Bartender/Host to be the face of Goodbounce Pickleball Yard. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a social atmosphere and enjoys delivering excellent customer service. The Bartender/Host will be responsible for serving drinks, greeting guests, checking them into their courts, and providing service in designated court areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with enthusiasm and provide a warm, friendly first impression.
• Check in guests for their court reservations and provide any necessary information about gameplay.
• Serve beverages and both at the bar and in the court areas.
• Ensure an efficient and well-organized bar operation, maintaining a clean and stocked workspace.
• Take drink orders, mix and serve basic cocktails, beer, and other beverages.
• Monitor guest activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Process payments efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
• Assist in event setups and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of bartending, serving, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging with guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, beer, and beverage service.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
