Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and enhance the overall guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment and is looking to grow with an exciting and expanding business. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create a high-energy atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and manage bar staff, fostering a positive and motivated team culture.
• Develop and maintain a high-quality beverage program, including seasonal cocktails, craft beer, and specialty drinks.
• Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and maintain cost controls to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol regulations and health/safety guidelines.
• Implement strategies to increase bar revenue, including promotions, events, and upselling techniques.
• Collaborate with the marketing and events team to develop creative activations and special programming.
• Maintain an inviting and clean bar environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in top condition.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of bar management or similar hospitality experience.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage industry trends.
• Experience with inventory management, cost controls, and POS systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for guests.
