Client Account Specialist - Customer Service/Inside Sales

Client Account Specialists are the first people clients meet when they walk in the door or pick-up the phone, so positivity and customer service skills are required.  Their front-of-house management sets the tone for client engagement. Knowledge of signs is not required -- On-the-job training will be provided for the right person.

Client Account Specialists must:

• Be enthusiastic, timely, efficient, have a positive attitude & be willing to learn.
• Present themselves in a neat, clean and professional manner to walk-in clients, assisting walk-in customers with their sign needs.
• Speak clearly and politely to existing and new customers both in person and on the phone.
• Possess good mathematical and computer skills.
• Be attentive to details and remain organized.
• Be a positive “first-face” of the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer service - 25+ marketing phone calls and/or follow-ups daily to new and existing customers.
• Walk-in/In-house Sales - includes consistent, accurate input of estimate and sale order notes with follow-up in the Point-of-Sale computer system.
• Filing, note keeping, check-in of mail and parcel packages.
• Project quality-control checks, job completion pick-up calls, organization of project pick-up area.
• Showroom aesthetics, tidiness and organization.
• Phone call/walk-in management and appropriate call/walk-in transfers to owners, outside sale reps and production/installation staff.
• Efficient management of your own workstation/responsibilities while working together with the rest of the Signarama Dixie Team to continue a constant flow of work and successful project outcomes.

Signarama Dixie is a full-service sign shop in the Louisville/Shively KY area (approx 10 minutes from New Albany or 15 minutes from Jeffersonville) which provides quality indoor and exterior signage to the Louisville/Southern Indiana market.
