Malone Staffing is seeking an Insurance Account Manager for a family-owned independent insurance agency! We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, confident in their insurance knowledge, and enjoys being part of a team that values integrity, excellence, and community. This is a Direct Hire, full-time, in-office role.

ACCOUNT MANAGER HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Salary is $40,000-50,000 annual salary depending upon experience

ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to phone calls and emails from Personal Lines clients
  • Provide expert advice on coverage and recommend appropriate changes
  • Conduct policy reviews and check-ups
  • Assist clients with billing questions and claims processes
  • Send certificates, ID cards, and evidence of insurance
  • Quote new business using a comparative rater
  • Process endorsements and changes on carrier websites
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional products when appropriate
  • Accurately document all activity in our agency management system
  • Stay current on carrier underwriting guidelines and product changes
  • Follow agency policies and workflows for the Personal Lines department

ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License in Indiana and/or Kentucky
  • Familiarity with Agency Management Systems (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and working in a team environment
