Duties of a Tool & Die Technician:

• _{Provide comprehensive training to associates in tooling and machining operations}
• _{Develop and assist with die or tool repair planning}
• _{Complete all tool work orders and required documentation}
• _{Drive continuous improvement of assigned tooling}
• _{Verify die accuracy for production operations}
• _{Conduct rigorous product quality monitoring}
• _{Manage die maintenance area documentation}
• _{Oversee procurement and inventory of die maintenance supplies and replacement parts}
• _{Maintain a highly organized 5S workplace environment in the tool shop}

Qualifications of a Tool & Die Technician:

• _{Certificate in Progressive Die & Design from an industry-accredited program}
• _{3-5 years of professional experience in Tool and Die and Machining}
• _{Specialized experience in Tool and Die Welding}

Shift: 2nd

_{Shift may begin at 5 pm-5:30 pm. 12 hours a day and possible weekend work.
