Mission Advancement & Development Director

The Mission Advancement & Development Director will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team and will work closely with the CEO, COO, Board of Directors, and key volunteers to execute a multi-year capital campaign, strengthen donor infrastructure, develop and execute our grant strategy and ensure long-term financial sustainability for the YMCA.
