Position Overview

WT&S Title is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney to support residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout Indiana & Kentucky. This position plays a key role in guiding smooth closings, resolving title matters, and delivering exceptional service to clients, Realtors, and lenders.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review title commitments, title searches, and legal documents
• Assist with title curative matters and resolving title defects
• Prepare and review deeds, affidavits, and closing documents
• Support residential and commercial real estate closings
• Communicate with Realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers, and internal staff
• Ensure transactions comply with Indiana & Kentucky real estate laws
• Provide legal guidance related to title and closing processes
• Maintain organized and timely file management throughout transactions
• Help create a smooth, professional closing experience for all parties involved

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in Indiana (Kentucky license a plus)
• Experience in real estate law, title insurance, or real estate transactions preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and client service abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with professionalism and integrity
