Southeast Area Club Director

Are you a natural leader who's passionate about making a difference in kids' lives? Boys & Girls Clubs of Harrison-Crawford Counties is looking for a Southeast Area Club Director to lead our morning, after-school, and summer programs in Harrison County, and help local youth reach their full potential.

In this role, you'll oversee Club staff and programming, mentor and train your team, and help shape a positive, safe environment where kids can learn, grow, and thrive. You'll coordinate our Morning Program at Corydon Elementary School, supervise other program leaders, and work closely with the Director of Operations and fellow Club Directors to keep programming strong across our service area. You'll also play a key role in maintaining a safe, well-run facility and ensuring programs stay on track.

This is a great fit for someone who's organized, hands-on, comfortable managing people, and energized by working directly with kids and families in the community.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 10:30 am–6:30 pm (within a 6:00 am–6:00 pm window)
Salary: $42,000–$46,000
