The Role
As the last person the customer sees, you will be responsible for professionally installing various hard and soft window treatments, including motorized/automated solutions. This role requires you to be a troubleshooter, adjusting the installation and finding a solution when necessary. You should have a customer service orientation and excellent communication skills. We’ll ask you to collect balances due, instruct the customer on how to operate and clean their new window treatments, make simple repairs, and always leave home better and cleaner than you found it.

What You'll Do

• Install custom blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, and motorized window treatments.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and perform basic repairs.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and demonstrate product operation.
• Take measurements and complete installation paperwork.
• Load, unload, and maintain the installation van.
• Assist with warehouse organization and neighborhood marketing materials.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable using tools and mechanically inclined.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable working in customers' homes.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and acceptable driving record.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders up to 20 feet, and perform physical installation work.

Bonus Points: Experience in carpentry, construction, handyman services, or installation.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
